Michael is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing companies, leading educational institutions, and developing community-based initiatives. His background combines organizational leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on work across the nonprofit and education sectors.

FAIGY AISENBACH

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Faigy serves as CFO, bringing over 25 years of financial management experience within educational institutions.

MOSHE MELAMED

DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION

Former math teacher, MBA, and graduate of the Education Ministry’s pedagogy management course, Moshe is an expert in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) and building matriculation curricula.

Uri is a results-driven professional specializing in IT infrastructure and systems processes. With expertise in leading teams and optimizing operations, he delivers innovative solutions and drives sustainable growth through strategic collaborations.

BENNY FRITZ

DIRECTOR OF PEDAGOGY & CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Benny is an experienced educator and consultant who has worked with a diverse range of schools, promoting inclusive education and community engagement. He holds a B.Ed. and an MA in Educational Systems Management and is a certified mediator and personal coach.

Blimi Zonabend

BLIMI ZONABEND

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS

Blimi Zonabend is responsible for Netzach’s image, sharing the message of Netzach with diverse target audiences, and communicating with students’ families and the Netzach community. She has almost 10 years of experience in advertising, public relations and advocacy for significant Israeli organizations.

Avi Sternbuch

DIRECTOR OF RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

Avi brings to Netzach his extensive experience in resource development, operations, and organizational management, strengthening the Netzach Network’s fundraising infrastructure and philanthropic partnerships in support of its dual-curriculum educational program.
